Just killed Celphie a few minutes ago. Found her wandering around so I don't know when she popped. I tried killing her myself as a 69BRD/34WHM with my horribly gimped (111) staff skill and Earth Staff. I got her down to 50% when she used Hundred Fists and I had to sleep her. After Hundred Fist wore off, I noticed that she had gained a Regen effect. Approx. 2% of her HP recovered every tick. : From there on I knew the best i could do with her was stall her til backup arrived. My friend Spot (70SMN/35WHM) came out and Chaotic Strike almost one-shot her for 1758 damage. After she died and dropped the Whistle.
