I couldn't find this quest in the database here, so I thought I'd list whatever information I've been able to collect thus far:

The quest is repeatable, but it is only available once per conquest tally.

With the exception of Jeuno and Kazham, each of the other main cities with chocobo stables (Bastok, San d'Oria, and Windurst) only allow you to travel to one destination per game day, and it follows a specific 3-day rotation:

Day 1:
Bastok Mines -> Southern San d'Oria
Southern San d'Oria -> Upper Jeuno
Windurst Woods -> Bastok Mines

Day 2:
Bastok Mines -> Windurst Woods
Southern San d'Oria -> Bastok Mines
Windurst Woods -> Port Jeuno

Day 3:
Bastok Mines -> Lower Jeuno
Southern San d'Oria -> Windurst Woods
Windurst Woods -> Southern San d'Oria

The potential rewards and completion times necessary to receive them depend on your starting point and destination:

Starting point: Bastok Mines
Destination: Southern San d'Oria

Personally, I've only tested going from Bastok -> San d'Oria and San d'Oria -> Bastok, but all of those time intervals and rewards are correct. I'll try going from Kazham -> Norg next after I memorize the route, and confirm whether those intervals/rewards are correct or not. Hopefully some other players who have traveled the other routes will be able to share their experiences as well. :)
