Accuracy+ in food?

This site has a lot of information on Accuray+ in food.
How can you know how much accuracy a food gives you if there's no indication of how much accuracy you have in the status menu?

Excellent question there. Most of the data on food stats comes from various Japanese websites, which themselves are based on guides published regularly by Square-Enix in Japan. Unfortunately, none of those guides are translated into English, so it takes a few steps to get the data here.
Some testing can also be done by comparing +accuracy items to food stats, although that is a rather lengthy process overall.
