Latent Effect Database :) i know there's a japanese site for it, but it'd be nice if the NAs had a site for Latent effects, and what activates them either on the actual weapon itself or whatnought

Thanks for the feedback. We'll be adding information sometime in the future for how each Latent effect is activated; it will be on the item itself, so it is easy to see when people are viewing the item.
