Bendigeit Vran oddity

I just found Bendigeit Vran making his rounds in Konschtat at ~17:00 Vana'diel time. There was Earth-element weather (i.e., a sandstorm) present, but I'm not sure if that had anything to do with the variation in spawn time. Everything else was as predicted: he spawned in the northwest area (F-6, specifically) during the new moon (waning 5%), and he dropped the Rogetsurin.

Thanks for the info. It looks like some other people have seen the same; both that NM and Haty have been updated to list their spawn from 17:00 to 4:00 on their respective moon phases.
