That is correct; the Exclusive flag on them signifies that they can't be auctioned. All equippable items are listed on this site by the AH category they could go in, so that all items of that type can easily be listed. For example, you can look up
all Staff weapons
, whether they are Exclusive or not, to compare them to each other.

any chance the signet staves should be added to the staff category then ?? :)

Good catch there! Yes, those staves have been updated; all the equippable items should now have an AH Category listed on them.
