Nival raptors in Uleguerand range are not 66-69. XP'd there last night, and I know for certain that the top end goes to at least 70. I suspect they're 67-70, but can't confirm exactly (I didn't really have time to try pinpointing the full range). If there's a way to check the .dat files for that info, that would be nice. I'm not sure I'll be able to check them again myself anytime soon.

Thanks for the info; the top level on the
Nival Raptor
was bumped up to 70. It appears that there are more of those in the zone than was previously listed, so they may have added higher level ones with the recent changes.
The levels of mobs are not listed anywhere in the data files, so the only data on that is based on the experience of players. Further details are always appreciated.
