Peacock Charm drops off Hakutaku possibly, if this screenshot isnt fake...

That's one of those I'm taking a "wait and see" attitude on, to get more data. There have been plenty of people who popped the Hakutaku since the patch and have not gotten a charm, which makes it highly suspect. It may turn out to be true, but I wouldn't go popping it just to try to get that, until it's verified.
