Spawned by placing bate in the six traps that appear in misareaux coast, then recheck traps in the morning. So far have killed him twice only drop has been Hospitaler Earring.

LoL sorry..

Bate = Sliced Moat Carp
??? = 6 appear along the stream where the pugils and crabs are
NM = Pugil

Nevermind, I found the carp. I've been running up and down this river in Misareaux Coast for 30 mins now, and I can't find these traps - do you know the spawn conditions on the traps? Are they in the water or on the shore?

In the water...they appear at approximately 2200 and you can check the traps after baiting them at 0400.
