Moblin Gurneyman

The Moblin Gurneyman is incorrectly listed as a White Mage; it should be Red instead.

Actually, I believe the moblin gurneyman is whm/blm, he uses 'ga spells and 'ra spells.

It's possible that the mob doesn't have a regular job at all, but was given a fixed set of spells (which would normally be on different jobs) when it was created. Given that mobs can bet set up that way, it can be difficult to say exactly what job they are sometimes. When I double checked a couple of Japanese websites on this earlier, they had the mob now listed as a Red Mage, so I'll leave it at that for now. Those Moblins are a bit crazy anyway, they probably have their own jobs that we don't even know about! :)

Looking back at my log, I was wrong-- there was a Gurneyman I hadn't noticed before that had cast Regen . . . and yet another that had cast Firaga, so I have no idea what they are. I'm very sorry for the hasty post.

You can steal Platinum from a 46-47 mob ??

There are a lot of higher level mobs with Platinum Beastcoins in Newton, and that one in Oldton. A careful Thief who alternates between stealing and mining through those two zones can supposedly make a nice chunk of gil from it all.
