No Nebomite in Windurst Fishing Guild

The Fishing Guild in Windurst Port does not sell Nebomites.
This can be connected to Fame/Rank or Conquest Position. But like with the Giant Stingers in Bastok Alchemy it is likely to be only for sale if someone sold them to the Guild.
Maybe someone can comment.

I thought I've seen those there before. Maybe it also has to do with what the fishing GP item is for theday. I know the cooking guild does not restock items that can be turned in for GP till the time is over.
