Killed this solo and gave me 229XP with pet(30% reduction) so ~297XP solo which puts it in the 80-82 range(?) Screenshot available if you need one.

Thanks for the info; Mokumokuren has been updated accordingly. The rest of the Weaponskill quest NMs are probably in the same range; any verification on that by whoever kills them would be appreciated.
