M, Med, Medicine Eagle) well on the list you list the type of NPC it is (e.i. Guild Merchant, Map Dealer) Well you should be able to click on it to bring up other NPCs of that type instead of having to do a search by clicking NPC/Merchant and find the type in the drop down options.
