Mob con strength calculator?

This is a request of something I personally would find useful: a tool where I could plug in my level, and it would pop out a field of level ranges of what would con what to me.

i.e. I put in my BST level, 55, and it would tell me mobs from level range "

Ugh. I had a much longer post about what I was imagining would be a useful tool, but since I posted it a couple days ago, I can't really remember the content of the post.

Basically, mob con strength isn't static. ffxiclopedia has an entry about it (just search for EP). A Tough mob at level 1 is a smaller range of levels than a Tough mob at 75, or something to that effect.

I was imagining a tool where I put in my level, and it would output the level ranges of the various con strengths of mobs from Too Weak to Incredibly Tough. The purpose being so I could know, at any level, what mobs would con EP (for Seal farming, etc.) and low level IT (for xp parties, etc.).

There has to be a formula for such a thing, and if so, then a tool could be programmed. Anyway, just something I was imagining.
