Khimaira spawns on Hediva Isle in Caedarva Mire at (I-8) which is off the marked map (directly south of where the Engraved Rock is) through a concealed entrace. If you look closely on the map you can locate the entrance.

I believe his spawn time is similar to that of Cerberus.

He has the following moves:

Troubillion: Conic Damage and Knockback
Tenebros Breath (sp): AoE TP Reset
Dreadstorm: High Damage AoE
Thunderstrike: AoE or Conic Damage (Not completely sure on name or effect)
Fossilized Breath (sp): Conic Damage and Petrification

At 50% or below (needs confirmation):

Khimaira gains a TP move called Fulmination which is similar to the moves of Hydra and Cerberus. It is AoE, 800+ damage and Paralyze. He does not spam the move like Cerberus it seems.

Misc. Info:

Khimaira hits hard and fast, but does not seem to be that accurate. A Ninja would be the best tank for it, but it is possible with a Paladin albeit harder.

Also drops Seveneyes, and apparently has a Spike Flail like move called Plague Swipe which is backwards cone damage.
