Question about La Theine Millet

I've been growing a few of the new chocobo food items and I wanted to make some of the chocobo chick paste from them.

I can't seem to locate the La Theine Millet on the Remora server.

It's listed as being sold from the Chocobo stables of each of the three starting nations. I have tried all three and my home nation while it was in first place and it's still not listed.

I was wondering if this item was avaiable yet and if there are certin conditions that must be meet to be able to buy it.

I just found the item that you're talking about @ the Sandy stables ... Sandy is in 2nd I believe.

These are sold in the stables of whichever nation controls La Theine Plateau, I believe.
