is flagged as "Exclusive" meaning you can only have one in any way, shape, or form.

Pretty sure you can have more than one exclusive item... it's the rare items that you can only have one of. That being said, drawing desk is rare as well as exclusive.

You really should just look up the guide that is located on this site...
However, here's the basic concept: Each furnishing has a # that tells how strong it is. The highest # in your mog house is what moghancement you get. Once the property is determined, putting other furnishings of the same element will make the moghancement stronger. IE, for Drawing desk, if you put it and a bunch of other lower-level earth crap in there, yes, you can get overwhelming energy.
