Workshop Anvil Problem

I accidently bought a bunch of Iron ingots for something and instead needed Iron Sheets. I noticed the thing in the Workshop Anvil and desided to go and get some of them to save me some time in refining them into Sheets. I get to Bastok, buy the anvils and try using the recipe outlined on the page for Iron Sheets using the Anvil:

Fire Crystal:
Workshop Anvil x1
Iron Ingot x6
Yeilds: Iron Sheet x6

Well, there's a problem. It says on the page that Iron Sheets cap at skill level 22... I'm 39.5 and using that combonation, it says that the synthesis is beyond my current skill level. >.<

Could someone please shed some light on this possable infomation error. Thank you in advance for your responce.

Thanks for the question you posted!!! I was having to same problem with leathercraft. WTF can't I use the tanning vat??? So thanks!!!
