I've read that the best thing to do in the above mentioned level area is restoring Rusty Picks and Rusty Caps. Sadly, those do not build up quick in the AH. I was wondering if anyone else had an idea of something that could be dome that would work out alittle quicker. Either that or a way to get a reliable flow of the two above mentioned items. Thank you in advance for your responces.

Iron Chains to 30. (2x Iron Ingot)
Targe to 36 (2xIron sheet (hopefully you leveled off them earlier) and 1x Holly Lumber). The 6 jump isn't a problem with advanced support for the first level or two.
Padded Cap to 39 (Iron Sheet, 2x Lizard Skin) - Mileage may vary on this one, skins were pretty variably priced whenever I looked at this one.
This is assuming you aren't trying to do it on the cheap.
The only way to level through this one on the cheap is to constantly monitor auction house prices and amounts for sale and craft 3-5 a day of whatever's needed (one of these, one of those type builds), and at least get good returns on what you can by turning items in for guild points.
If you want to farm your own rusty caps and picks, there's a few fishing sites out there that can help you locate where they are fishable. Go nuts with Moghancement: Fishing, grab the wrong bait for the area, and start dragging items up with your composite fishing pole.
