Level Req'd for Purchase of Guild Belts?

I recently hit level 30 Goldsmithing and turned in the item to become a Novice. I've been hoping to pick up the Goldsmith's Belt, but it doesn't seem that I can purchase it yet. All I have access to are the HQ crystals and various key items. I've searched many sites and forums, but I haven't been able to find any info on what level is required to get the belts; does anyone here know, perchance?

AFAIK you can get them at the same time you get access to the first +1 items (glasses, gloves, club, etc) at lvl 48.

Nah; not sure what the level is, but I certainly was able to buy the belt as soon as 44 (maybe before, I don't remember). Before I could buy anything else, for sure.

Then very possibly at the same time you start GP (at lvl 28)... I just didnt remember seeing them prior to when I went to get those +1 items.

Well, I'm now 40 Goldsmithing, and I believe they become available once you become an Apprentice, and thus as early as level 38. I can't remember whether it showed up at 38 or at 40, but it's definitely one of those.
