Moon Phases

What does the Moon phases effect. I have not been able to find anything that dirrectly tells me what the different phases effect.

One thing that is sure to be affected by Moon phases: Fishing. Full/Newmoon is best for fishing, you will catch a lot more fishes, and less items. 50% Moon is the worst time for fishing, you will be catching lots of items/monsters instead of fish. Also lightning day sucks for fishing. At least that's what I found.

As for crafting, I found crafting in fullmoon/newmoon is easier to HQ, matching the day and all. I got 7/10 HQ on a craft 35~ lvls under mine during fullmoon, but 4/10 HQ when non-fullmoon. But I guess it's 1 of those "if you believe, you do it" sort of thing, like direction for craft, etc.
