Went through the whole guild list, and didnt see any of the new recipies...
are they not added yet?

There are a lot of recipes missing from the guild lists that should be there; it looks like the QA slipped, when it came to making sure that all the new recipes are actually listed in the guild. That appears to be the case with the Cooking guild especially, although some others are missing as well, and were only figured out through experimentation.
Hopefully some of these recipes will be figured out by people trying out combinations with the new ingredients; most of these recipes will probably show up in the guild lists, in the next FFXI patch.

I am not sure if anyone knew this or not, but if you wait until after Japanese Midnight after completeing the quest "Deleviering the Goods", or "Vanishing Act", you can talk to Quitiba and Ulmaal in Aht Urghan, and they will give you two new recipes a day (you can try everyday after Japanese Midnight). I am not sure which quest triggers it, but both are easy to do and the reward is kind of nice. (1 imperial Silver Piece and 3 bronze pieces).
