Store TP +6 is listed as one of the effects granted by using this food. Yet when taken, i dont notice any change in TP gain. Im a NIN70, and i still get the basic 5+5. Is this effect random or for certain jobs only?

Call it a hunch, but I have a feeling it has to do with the Ninja job not having "Store TP" Natually. I would bet if a SAM were to use that same food, they would see a difference. If I am wrong, please someone correct me but that is what I think.
