Tavnazian Taco question

Ive just seen that Tavnazian Taco cap has been changed from 97 to 81 and im a bit baffled. Im at 94 cooking and as a pld ive been making my own to save as much money plus i was able to skill up on them, now the Salads for this are still listed as 92 cap or will they have changed to?

Also now im 13 lvls above the cap and many are at 100+3 already will we be seeing an increase in HQ'd tacos, and if so what are my chance (never really under stood the whole hq thing it just brings a smile to my face when it does)

The ingredients are the same as they had been (yes, those synths are higher than the finished product - rare, but not unheard of in the crafting world.)

At 11-30 levels above cap you'll have a 10% chance to HQ. So 94 or 100+6 is going to be the same chance, there's no way to break the next tier (31-50) for an increased HQ rate.
