Recently while mining Zeruhn, I've noticed that Zinc Ore is possibly not so uncommon, I get more of those than I do Copper, Iron and Tin. Just my 2 cents on the issue.

Thanks for the feedback. I've updated the Zeruhn Mines Mining info, to hopefully be a bit more accurate.

At some point down the road, hopefully there will be a way to easily log and calculate the results of Mining/Harvesting/etc., which will provide more accurate data all around.

Just a point of interest, although this hasnt been rigorously tested it seems the well-known 'luck items' (2,3,4-leaf mandragora buds) also have effects on mining (possibly other harvesting techniques as well?).

When mining with the bud(s) in your possession, it seems breakrate increases phenomenally, and the ore-type frequencies get all mixed up (leading me to get virtually no iron in Zeruhn, which was what I was after >.<)

I have also heard reports of people mining in Gusgen with the buds and getting tons of Zinc, only to remember to remove the bud then begin getting darksteel etc.

If I can get my hands on one, I'd also like to check out the effects of carrying a Korrigan bud around while mining.

Anyways, although I know there's alot of debate over the mandragora buds, both myself and a number of people I know ingame have found that the tables can vary greatly depending on if any of the buds are in inventory at that time. Hope this might be of some use.
