Can moat carp be synthed / desynthed !??

I saw someone "synth" moat carp at the cooking guild at windurst water. I did wait a few synths to make sure i read the correct log. After that I ask that taru how he managed to "synth" moat carp, he answered "I do not speak any English" ... well i did not ask further because i tot i can find the 'recipe' easily from here or allakhazam; but i can't find any.
Any comment?

Roast
Carp? That looks similar to Moat Carp and you can synth/cook it.
