You list the Selbina fishing guild as selling several fish that they usually don't. I paid it a visit today, and here's a list of the fish they were selling:

crayfish 198
bastore sardine 154
yellow globe 400

(in particular, no bastore bream, which was what I was looking for)

i have tried to get certain fish that the guild normally sells when i'm doing guild points. whatever the GP fish is for the day they won't have it available in either the windy or the selbina guild stores. makes getting GP a bit more difficult.
