take a guess... thats right
HQ3: Tiger Leather

started blowing them up as soon as i started making them, L56
didnt recieve any skill ups at all on them so i cant give you desynth cap info,
but skill ups from desynths are kinda rare in its self.
but i'd be willing to put money on that its 61-63,
based on all the other desynth caps
