Not sure what this is used for.
Shell Powder:
Wind Crystal> 3 Seashell
HQ1 >> Shell Powder x2
HQ2 >> Shell Powder x3
HQ3 >> Shell Powder x4

Thanks for the info, that recipe has been entered along with another one; there may be more recipes for making it still to be discovered.
It looks like the
Shell Powder
is one of the new base crafting materials, used in a number of different recipes.

Just made 8 of these on a mule with 9.3 Bonecraft to see about the cap. 8 synths, no skillup. Improbable that the cap is over 9; it's definitely a very low level synth.
