You could always make a macro for the crystal you want (to start synthing). It's as simple as "/item "Fire Crystal" <me>" if I recall. I could be mistaken, but I use /item macros for a lot of things. n_n

Tried that once, and it opens the little item use delay box, but then doesn't do anything. There's no way to use a macro to speed up crafting. ^^
