Desynth doubts

I'm currently at lvl 34 Goldsmithing and since the desynth cap stated everywhere for Silver Earrings is 22 i tried to desynth them.... i broke almost all of them.... am i doing anything wrong? I have Mog Enhancement Desynthesis... and faint Lightning Energy on my MH....

Desynthesis is always fickle. Even at 100 you'd be blowing up left and right. Just the way desynthesis is designed to be - a gamble.
On the bright side, you also have an unnatural rate of HQ on desynthesis.

I have overwhelming lightning energy and 49 goldsmithing and still break constantly, that's just how desynthing works.
