The recipe given out by the Teahouse NPCs for Simit has been fixed (and before the next update, no less). The corrected recipe is:
Fire Crystal--
Maple Sugar 1x
Rock Salt 1x
Bag of Simsim 1x
White Honey 1x
Imp. Flour 1x
Selbina Milk 1x
Buburimu Grape 1x
