There were 21 new food items added in the patch. 14 of them make up the NQ and HQ versions of 7 new recipes. The other 7 items are new HQ items added for recipes that already existed, but didn't have a HQ version.

You can see the new food items here: New Food List. If you have information about the effects from any of this new food, or the recipe specifics, please post it here.

Windurst Taco: AGI+5 VIT-1 MP+20 Does not appear to have any R.acc trait. I made these as a level 38 cook, and skilled up on them twice, never failed. I would guess that these are about level 40-42. - Shadida (Sylph) RNG61 Bastok Rank 9

Has anyone tried to make Tacos with Tortillas Buenos? If it doesn't work, high-level cooks may need low-level cooks to make NQ Tortillas for them...

Tortillas can be NPC bought at any time from Timbre's Timber for 100+ gil. Though they can be made cheaper I doubt many level 90+ cooks will be bothering to save themselves 100 gil per synth.

Many of the new food item effects and recipes have been updated recently; hopefully we'll have it all nailed down soon. If anyone manages to craft the new HQ items that were added to old recipes, having that verified would be helpful.
