Start the quest like he says, and talk to the 4 people. After you get the 4 cutscenes, go back to Tressia. She will ask you to put them into order..which has been posted. She then asks you to put the locations into order (just do the locations of the people in the same order). They then ask you to help track down the thief. Go down to the bottom by Noam, and find the shaded cruse at a ???. Then click each other ??? on your way from there to the main bridge to get a "There is water here, the trail is fresh" message (or something like that). You will get a cutscene at the last ??? and see the "thief". Go back upstairs and talk to tressia. Go down to the entrance and talk to the guy for your reward. Hope this helps a little.[/quote]
