I may be posting this on the wrong board, so forgive me...
What exactly do these entail? My buddy and I were looking for a group to do one, but we couldn't get any takers since no one knew what they were.
Is there a level cap, min. requirement, etc?
If anyone knows of a write-up on these missions, could you point me in the right direction?

You need to be at least rank 3, and be above a certain level. This level is also a level cap, so essentially everyone will be the same level during the event. Lastly, you need to have visited the region you'll be heading to at least once, I believe it's the same region that has the outpost. Also, you can only do an EF for places that are not under your nations control of course. I think that's everything. I have not actually done one yet since I'm not rank 3 yet, but I believe I've got the details correct.
