I know I can jsut buy a Dog Collar, but I want to find one. The guide says I-8 - J-8. Does that mean on Zegham Hill or below the hill?

The only place that I ever got the dog collar to drop was
E-8 F-8 E-9 F-9 area

You can find it on the 2nd level of Vomp Hill in South Gustaberg. I've found it around the base of Zegham Hill in North Gustaberg, SE side of the hill if I remember correctly.
