I was at Dangruf Wadi when I saw NPC named Ken. If you stick around he tells you that he has a hole in his shoe and that he needs to have it repaired by Marin. I returned to Bastok and saw the two right off the entrance [E-10 Markets] and this time there was more to it. I got the quest. Ken appears again in Dangruf Wadi, and at random times I see him running off, fighting an enemy at the exact point in the map, kill the enemy, then sorta disappear.

I'm not sure what to do here. I tried to help him but it tells me some error about level caps.

Does anyone know how to solve this escort quest?

When you enter Dangruf Wadi you will be capped at level 10. You must follow Ken discreetly so he doesn't see you assist him. He has fairly good field of vision to see you so you have to be careful. He will attack any monster he comes upon, so the best way to clear it is to have 1-2 higher level friends clear the parts of the zone he is heading so that he just runs and you follow behind him.
