After initially getting my NPC, what additional quest do I need to do to get the next one done? And is there a lvl requirement for my NPC?

NPC quest is a three part thing. If u get the quest from the start u be ok to get others. Luto in upper jeuno will give u all 3 quest. You have to do them 1 by 1

Luto Mewrilah will give you the fourth quest when you have summoned your NPC a few times. At least that's how it worked for me.
