Post here with details about any new quests (apart from the NPC Fellows ones) added in the December 12 patch.

I think the npc for Diabolos is Kerutoto. I will go check and confirm it.

confirmed. the quest is named "Waking Dreams". requires completion of cop mission diabolos to activate it.

And he's to be fought in Pso'Xja
