Here's the walkthrough for Mandragora-Mad (Windurst quest)

1. Talk to Yoran-Oran and he asks you to bring him things that will help him in his research on mandragoras.
2. Acquire one of the following from a mandragora-type monster: Three-Leaf Mandragora Bud, Four-Leaf Mandragora Bud, cornette, Yuhtunga sulfur, or snobby letter. The snobby letter is dropped in the Boyhada Tree, the Three-leaf Mandragora Bud dis dropped in Elshimo (Uplands and Lowlands), and the Four-Leaf bud, cornette, and sulfur all drop in the Sarutabaruta region and Tahrongi Canyon. Additionally, you can buy cornettes from Harmodio’s Music Shop in Bastok Markets if Bastok is in at least 2nd place.
3. Trade any items you have to Yoran-Oran one at a time for a reward.

You can usually get a fair haul from this quest through leveling up lower-level jobs in the Sarutabaruta region.
