Fenrir - Dark Mana Orb?

Been searching, seeking.. I just got this item from Fenrir, and can't locate anything on allakhazam, mysterytour, or even here what it's used for. I like having a mystery item but I'm curious as to what rewards it brings.

"A Mana Orb drained of magic, given to you by Fenrir. He has asked you to pass it onto the children."

Tried every NPC and quest related thing in Windurst. So, now I have no clue. LoL {Help me out!} Please ; ;

Have you tried talking to the NPC who gave you the Moon Orb? I think for the regular avatars your keyitem Tuning fork turns into a Whisper, and for Fenrir your keyitem Moon Orb turns into a Dark Mana Orb.

Yes, nothing happened. He took the Whisper of the moon, the same as usual, I got a rare/ex item and then tried to zone back out and in. Nothing at all, this is too weird.

Here's what I understand of this. You get the Black Mana Orb if you defeat Fenrir after getting Windy Rank 10. You give the Orb to the SOB kids to get a CS that wraps up that story line. My guess is that you haven't done all the SOB quests and that's why you can't get the CS.

I just got my Dark Mana Orb (took me a long time to do a Fenrir fight after gettign Rank 10) and talked to Kohlo-Lakolo in Port Windy to get the last SOB cut scene. -krish
