bastok 4-3 trouble.

ok, after hitting rank 4 i traded a bunch of crystals to raise my rank bar, it maxed out, but when i go to the npc to get new missions (the bastok 4-3 mission for magicite)
it only has 3 missions avalable to me, in wich, ive already done all 3 of them, (multiple times to see if they disapear to give me the 4-3 mission)
can anyone tell me whats wrong, and how to fix this?

no clue if I am right or not, has been a long time since I did the mission, but i think you talk to the embassy in ru'lude gardens to get the mission

Thats exactly where you have to go. Talk to the person behind the counter in your respected Embassy to start that mission.
