Complete Expeditionary Force Info?

I'm looking for information on Expeditionary forces, which I have not found on any ffxi site in any form... All I get from players online is a vague description which usually varies from person to person, then an admission that they've never done one. As a San D'orian in need of Master Caster's Bracelets someday soon, however, I need a source of conquest points...

If anyone has complete and thorough information on expeditionary force missions, or knows where to find it, please post!

Unfortunately I have not done one yet, but I would look to. If you cannot find a sight with the info you want. I recommend going in blind. ^^ It's always fun+1 that way, dont you think? I'm sure you and your pals can figure it out :)
