I dont know what im doing wrong i have the fame to get the quest sahagin's stash but the mpc will not give me the quest. what do i need to do now? please help if you can thanks lolly.

You need to turn in 124 necklaces or 80 zinc ores to have the fame you need. Check the NPC and see how much fame you have.
