Won the BLM one, with thorough preparation it was really easy. Went in, buffed up (i.e.: Cast Ice Spikes w), ate a pumpkin pie, rested. I took in 1 melon juice and 1 pamama HP drink. They were nice to have but unnecessary since I guess I got pretty lucky. As with Maat, you can nail him with one spell without aggroing him, so hit him with Flare and you're about 1/4 done^^. Basically it went Flare > Stun > Bio II > Aero3 > Water3 > Stone3 > Drain > etc (obviously Manafont is used at some point in there^^). He will melee you with a club which did about 20 damage per hit - too weak to really interrupt anything. Anyways he never cast even one spell on me, or used even one WS. He got healed one time for about 460 HP. The other two dice rolls the Moblin got off before it was over gave me a Def Boost, and restored all the MP the puppet had used (0). Drops were worm mulch only /sigh. Good luck to other BLMs, I think this fight might be somewhat challenging if the puppet happens to cast more, or gets better dice rolls.

Did the Solo one "Pulling the strings" this weekend for a win. Went as a 60 rng with mostly all my xp gear (minus genin earring and francesca) Ate sole sushi, but I think that a +def food would be your best bet. I didnt miss a shot, and WS'd at 100% each time.
To be sure of the win, I used my blink band when i entered, then switched back to AF hat. Used an icarus wing, and ended up using 4 hi-pots total. My shots were hitting for 150's a hit, his were at 70's. Moblin gave him like 5 attack boosts, and 1 to me. Slug shot hit for exactly 700 each time i did it. He Sidewindered me for a chunk of health too.
In the end I won with 33 hp^^ only got 2k xp for it though. This one is pricey, especially if you dont win the gambling to get in. I spent 20k to gain access, 20k on icarus wing, 12k on hi-pots and 4k for sole sushi (just 1). A LS mate wasted over 100k trying to gain access though. The gambling is never "for sure".
Hoping to get a drop next weekend!

Just a note on the 3 ENM's in Mine Shaft #2716. The solo one, Pulling the String, and the 3-person one, Automaton Assault (sp), have the same "pre-requisite quest" to get access to the ENM, while the 6-person one, Bionic Bug, has a different quest. This means one can do either the solo or 3-person ENM and still do the 6-person one within five days. I did the solo one last Thursday 4/22 while went with a party for Bionic Bug last Sunday 4/24. Keep in mind, you get both quests from the same NPC, Twinkbrix.

Oops I meant I did solo ENM on Thursday 4/21 and did 6-person ENM 3 days later, Sunday 4/24.

We tried Buggard in the Clouds ENM50 in Monarch Linn and got new infos for you...
We were just farming Bomb Clusters in preparation to CoP5-3 in Bearclaw Pinaple battle field fight...
We went with 6 members, like, since we were there, so we have a little chance to make some easy gils...
at 15%, it used Invincible... BUT IT NEVER TURNS OFF !!!
Invincible is premanent... you need to cast magic when it goes Invincible(new element #1). But since we didn't know, we were just resisting, waiting for it to turn off...
It eventually used Hundred Fist...
Afterward, when hundred Fist apparently turned off(or maybe was it stil on??? Need to be verified), it used MIGHTY STRIKE too...(new element #2)
We died shortly after, since we couldn't Nuke(we didn't understand the trick early enough, SMNs were OOM...).
I don't know what would have come afterward, but it may simply be cycling through a couple of 2-hour abilities... lol; someone should go there with a defensive party. Then take it down to 15%, and leave it alive for the rest of the 15 minutes to see what it'll do... hehe

Done bugard in the clouds enm successfully twice now, ill share my experiance.
First time we entered, we heard this ENM was a pain, and 4 of us went in, we figured an extra wouldnt hurt. First pt was Brd, Nin, Blm, Thf.
Was going fine at first, got it to about 75% and it hit hundred fists. All debuffs landed, no damage resistance, and it has some weird happing of spamming the same tp move 3 times a row. Bone Crunch > Bone Crunch > Bone Crunch with no normal attacks in between for example. After it hit hundred fists, melee attacks stopped damaging it. Blm nukes did fine, getting it down to about 30%, then it hit mighty strikes, we slept and bound it till the 2hour wore off. Then blm nukes and melee attacks stopped damaging it. Luckily our thief whipped out a xbow and we figured out ranged attacks still hurt. At 10% it became immune to ranged attacks, but the ninjas nukes started damaging it again, so our blm just whipped out a nice fat elemental seal + freeze for the win. Drops were the great katana + 2 aluminum ore.
Second time we had it figured out, brd, nin, blm, rng. We learned it can become immune to melee, ranged, or magic, but never all 3 at once. Actually killed it before it did any two hour with that setup. Drops were 2 aluminum ore(still no chanters staff ; ;)
I think a ninja, blm, rng should be able to trash this ENM easily. Ninja advised over paladin because it does hit hard, and likes to spam tp moves repeatedly.

Thanks for the info; the
Bugard in the Clouds
ENM has been updated with this info. If I didn't phrase any of it correctly or if there's more, post that and it can be updated further.

I did Like the Wind a few times.
~~~
First time
RDM/BLM BRD/WHM [me] NIN/WAR
Got Race Runner down to about 35% when he started spamming his cone-attack AoE. ~.~ We leave with resolve to bring more fire power.
~~~
Second time
RDM/BLM BRD/WHM [me] NIN/WAR RNG/NIN
Defeated. Kept stunning, again, this time we died at 45% ><
~~~
Third time
RDM/BLM BRD/WHM [me] BLM/WHM NIN/WAR SMN/WHM WHM/SMN
I want that damn scroll!
We slaughtered him, got 999 EXP, and gelatia. Yum, 400k split between us all, hurrah!
And I got my scroll <3
~everyone disbands but me and the rdm/blm~
(RDM/BLM) Next time we`ll go just me you and a BLM.
(RDM/BLM) <BLM`s name> can solo that.
(BRD/WHM) [All right!}
I did Automaton Assault yesterday
Following setup (elvaan):
PLD (me)
RNG
RDM
First attack Hume--> had him down fast without any problems but than this little Taru came --> used Flare and other really high magic on me (first hit 1064 dmg with flare) yes i was dead by than, got raised used invinible and tanked again till the next spell came with 1470 dmg (you can imagine how this ended), dead again. RNG and RDM alone killed this Taru than and also the Mithra(was easy), but as the Galka linked he attacked the RDM to death and RNG couldn't cast utsusemi in time so we all died on the last one. So next time I will go as PLD/NIN to avoid this annyoing spells by the Taru. The physical attacks of all mobs wasn't that hard (around 60ish) to me.
Any time you ever have an ancient magic on you like that simply unlock and run out of range. Ancient magic has very very long casting time. Plenty of time to run down the hallway.
