It seems to be now confirmed that Ouryu drops the Imanotsurugi, and the Ziryu's drop Kunwu Ore.

Toreadors Cape drops from a NM in Ule. Range.
Need two items to synth into an item to pop from Clothcraft.
Similar to Hakutaku.

It is very likely that Ouryu drops the Tutelary as well as the Imanotsurugi.
