Strange item

Well i just started this game about 2 and a half months ago at a pretty high level but some times while im walking around a town someone uses an item that gives them exp i cant remembet what the item is called but could someone tell me what it is and where to get it?

its called Eco-Warrior its avail in all cities and you need a pt or alliance but a pt of RNG and SMN can easily handle it and you get a rare/ex item called chronicles i do believe and you get a insane amount of xp. But you can only do this quest once a week. and you can do any city but once you start a city you must finish it

You would be referring to the Dragon Chronicles page and the Miratete's Memoirs. You receive these (rare/ex) items from various things. The MIratete's Memoirs can be rewarded from a few quests and by some Chocobo Races. To see which quests reward this scroll put in 'Miratete's Memoirs' in the Item Search to the left.

The Dragon Chronicles page can be awarded in a few quests as well, put in Dragon Chronicles on the left to find out which.

Both of these items gives experience, I cannot remember how much, but I do remember the Miratete's Memoirs gives more experience.

Note: Dragon Chronicles can also be a reward as a Garrison, but I'm not too sure about Miratete's Memoirs. If it is a reward from Garrisons it is probably a higher lvl Garrison and the highest i've done atm is lv. 30.

Don't forget the other 2 scrolls in Dynamis. Ginuvas Theory and Schultz's Stratagal or something like that.

I've yet to do Dynamis :( But I am anxiously awaiting it :)
