This has probably been covered, but is there any info given anywhere about the NPC "friend" you achive by doing this quest? Like does it obtain split exp with me? What are the level caps (if any)? etc.

They start out at 30 and I think exp is broken down by a quarter. But I haven't lvled my NPC in awhile. Hope it helps.
