Any idea how to activate the 30HP to MP on this item. The magic slacks I have are highlighted blue under items when I can use it, but nothing like this happnes with the Flora armor...what am I doing wrong?

It's automatically "activated" by having it equipped. Equip it, rest, you'll notice your max mp up by 30.

The Flora's Convert HP to MP +30 automatically works.
The Magic Slacks' Intelligence +2 Mind +2 automatically work, but it highlights blue when the Enchantment: Restore MP is ready to be used.
Flora doesn't turn blue because it doesn't have any Enchantment.

ok, I got ya...I thought it was more like the rdm spell convert (when ur low on mp use it to convert 30hp to mp) but its just like the other things that add to your base mp. Thank you.
