Wizard's Mantle (latent effect?)

Anyone know what it takes to activate the latent effect on the Wizard's Mantle? Is it something about what your side job is or something else? Thanks for your help.

All the level 30 Latent Effect Mantles, Shields and Earrings are activated by using the appropriate subjob.
*Some* of them can easily be identified by matching the name up to Artifacts.
Healer Mantle/Earring/Shield (Healer's AF) = WHM
Wizard Mantle/Earring/Shield (Wizard's AF) = BLM
Warlock Mantle/Earring/Shield (Warlock's AF) = RDM
I used to always get the Wizard/Warlock/Magician mixed up until I noticed this - now if I forget, I look at the AF names.
The other ones are a bit more vague, and some are incredibly easy (Wyvern = DRG).
